Job Summary:

As the HR Manager at Aeropay, you are a key member of the human resources team, responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions. This position involves collaborating with HR team members, providing guidance on HR matters, and contributing to the development and execution of the organization's HR strategy. The HR Manager is responsible for implementing HR initiatives, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership and guidance to HR team members.
  • May oversee recruiters and liaise with recruitment vendors.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage various HR functions.
  • Coordinates onsite office administration needs as assigned and supports the planning and implementation of company engagement initiatives and events.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members.
  • Implement HR initiatives and programs.
  • Lead Aeropay's DEI initiatives and own culture/values-driven events/opportunities.
  • Owns Payroll process and supports employee expenditure oversight.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's HR strategy.
  • Address HR-related queries and concerns from employees.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
