Position Overview:
The Partnerships Associate will support Aeropay’s growing partner ecosystem by owning the day-to-day operations of our partnerships pipeline. This role focuses on research, organization and pipeline execution — not direct selling. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, the Partnerships Associate will manage outreach lists, maintain Salesforce hygiene, support cross-functional communication and drive administrative tasks that ensure the Partnerships team can scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Management & Research:
- Research and track prospective partners, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce and other tools
- Manage partner prospect lists provided by leadership, ensuring timely outreach and follow-up
Process & Communication:
- Coordinate communications across internal teams (Sales, Partnerships, Business Operations, Risk & Compliance, Product) to keep partner activities aligned
- Draft outreach messaging, assist with follow-ups and help prepare partners for meetings or onboarding
Reporting & Tools:
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, preparing dashboards and reports on pipeline activity and partner progress
- Leverage tools such as Outreach, Lusha and AI platforms to improve research, tracking and outreach
Task Execution:
- Act as a task driver to ensure partnership opportunities move forward, deadlines are met and administrative items are completed accurately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR) or account management support role
- Experience with Salesforce; exposure to Outreach, Lusha, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and process management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Sales-driven mindset with resilience, curiosity and the ability to figure things out while asking the right questions
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 base salary
