Payment Links

You can now generate and send payment links via text or email in the Merchant Portal

- Users can now generate payment links in the Merchant Portal for standard, preauthorized, and subscription transactions

- You have the option to either choose a payment total or allow your customers to enter an amount

- Once generated, the link can be sent to customers via email or phone number

This new feature enables merchants to streamline in-store and delivery payments by sending payment links via text or email. Additionally, outstanding payments can be easily completed by sending payment links to customers.

Instructions

1. Click the Payment Link Button in the Payments Tab

2. Select the Payment Type and Merchant Location

3. Enter the Payment Total (if applicable)

4. Click "Create Link"

5. Click "Copy Link" to copy the link to your clipboard

6. Or enter an Email or Phone Number and click "Send Payment Link" to share the link with your customers

7. Your customers will receive an email or text message to complete the payment
